About PDO Max

PDO Max® can help restore your patients’ youthful look and beauty. PDO Max® thread treatments are non-surgical procedures designed to reposition sagging skin using a very fine acupuncture needle and a dissolvable thread, as well as stimulate the body’s collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Along with the improvement of skin texture, any issues such as open pores, fine lines or wrinkles are also smoothed out.

FDA Approved

The threads are safe and reliable, being only one of the few FDA approved threads.

Short Recovery Time

The threads are very fine, so no cuts or incisions are necessary. They can be mildly invasive, but have a much shorter recovery time.

Dissolvable and Invisible

The sutures are completely dissolvable and even build collagen after they’ve dissolved. They are made from biodegradable materials called Polydioxanone that are invisible underneath the skin.

Variety of treatment areas

Threads can be used in nearly all areas of the body where skin needs to be repositioned or tightened. (Breasts, Butt, Stomach, etc.)

SMUTH S

Smooth PDO threads are loaded into the needle. These threads can be used all over the body and face for filling or tightening.

LEVO THREADS

Barbed threads come pre-loaded into a blunt cannula and are best used to reposition, lift, and secure the skin.

SMUTH B

Smuth B threads come pre-loaded into a blunt cannula and are used for filling and tightening underneath the eyes, up to the lash line.

LEVO NOSE CANNULA

Barbed threads specifically designed for nose procedures. Two sizes for both bridge and tip.

LEVO MOLDED

Similar to Levo threads, but with molded barbs instead of cut.

LEVO LOCK™

A pre-loaded thread-in-cannula that locks in tissue for maximum support.

CICLONE

Smooth threads wrapped around the needle, best for treating deep lines, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and vermillion borders to create a “lip pop”.

DOUBLE CICLONE

2 smooth threads wrapped around the cannula, great for nasal labial folds.

MULTI-THREAD

Seven threads loaded into a single cannula to treat deep lines and hard to treat areas such as, between the eyebrows, marionette lines, and nasolabial folds.

CANNULA MAX

New Cannula specifically designed to track the lidocaine used to numb areas of a procedure, especially in the jaw, brow, and cheek.

Vein Hook

Stainless steel hook used for eradicating thread from the tissue during removal procedures.

Hemostat

Stainless steel tool used for grasping the PDO thread tightly during lifting procedures.

Towel Clamp

Stainless steel clamp used to hold the head towel in place, for a more sterile environment.

Suture Scissors

Stainless steel scissors used for cutting PDO thread.

PDO MAX thread

PDO Max® has a diverse product lineup, all designed with your business and patients in mind. Each thread is designed and manufactured by PDO Max® to ensure it’s of high quality. PDO Max® threads are ISO 13485 and Medical Device Sigle Audit Program (MDSAP) certified.

The threads are cut to have 6D barb patterns for maximum hold and a zero-failure rate. The threads provide different results for different areas of the body and give the results your patients expect.

PDO Max® threads provide many of the same benefits as other surgical procedures and can be administered by trained physicians, if you do not have a surgeon or MD on site.
